Shipping policy

We ship our products approx 7 days once your mockup has been approved.  We ship with Canada Post Expeditated OR UPS with tracking (whichever is faster). This date differs based on products.  ie: Curtain and fabric flags can tkae up to 2 weeks,

WE DO NOT SHIP TO PO BOXES

Daily cut-off for proof approvals is Monday - Friday @ 12 noon AST

Please ensure that all parts of the address are correct. A $20 fee will be charged per box if your address needs to be corrected by UPS/FedEx/Canada Post or the shipping provider used.

We provide tracking and shipments take on average of 5-13 days to the USA an 2-5 Days in Canada. We reserve the right to change shipping providers if to whichever offers the fastest delivery regardless of what the customer has selected. We strive to get your package to you as soon as possible.

We do apologize we cannot guarantee our delivery times. An expected delivery is an estimate of when our shipping partners attempt to deliver an item, based on where it is in their network. The date and time (when applicable) are not guaranteed, can be impacted by factors such as weather, traffic and parcel volume, and will continue to be updated as the item travels to its destination.

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.

Should your package(s) not arrive, you must communicate directly with the transport company to open a tracking/claim.  Hockey Banners is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, lost or stolen packages must be claimed directly with the transport company.

  • USA customers are responsible for all duties & taxes. As of Sept 15, 2025 We are shipping all order to the USA with FEDEX INTERNATION CONNECT PLUS which includes brokerage fees. Most products fall under USMCA and are free of duty.
    Some items, like stand up banners and curtains may incur additional fees are they are shipped from our large format printer. We are currently offering a flat rate of $16 USD which covers most orders.  In some cases your shipping may be adjusted based on your location/size of order.  We do apologize for the inconvenience and we are working with our shipping provider for a resolution.
