Refund policy

Because of the nature of custom made products all sales are final.  If you have an issue with your order please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your shipment.  Please include a detailed photo of the issue.

Requirements when returning water bottles for a refund:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return a water bottle, you may do so within 30 days of receipt of delivery for a refund of the purchase price, less shipping, handling and other additional charges.  Water bottles are not warranted once used or from damage of being dropped.

• item must be unused and in its original condition
• item must be in its original packaging
• item must include all documents, parts and accessories
• item must be received within 30 days of delivery
• include the packing slip (order delivery note)
• include the receipt (printed copy)
• customer is responsible for return shipping
• please send an email to info@hockeybanners.ca with photos/videos of the issue before shipping for a refund.  If we receive a return without first approving the defect no refunds will be issued.
